This summer, I will be embarking on an exciting journey that will take me far from the comfortable seat behind my Mac. This July, I will be visiting Haiti to help coordinate a week-long summer English camp for kids. However, it won’t be a complete sabbatical from the world of design, as I will be providing graphics and communications training to Haitian adults in the evenings.

As part of this amazing opportunity, I have launched a small fundraising effort by selling a series of custom designed t-shirts online. Proceeds from the sale of the t-shirts will be donated to Lemuel Ministries in Haiti to support education, community development and job creation. Lemuel seeks to provide the people of Anse-Rouge with a means of escaping the harsh cycle of poverty in order to care for their families without dependency on continued outside sourcing.
