When FlagShip approached Mettle Creative Services, they already had a well-established brand with a solid customer-base, but after 10 years in business the brand needed an update in order to continue its tremendous growth. FlagShip’s leadership and marketing team worked closely with Mettle over the next year to research and identify its core strengths among its target audience, and to develop a brand that capitalized on those strengths. FlagShip and Mettle have been collaborating ever since to communicate that FlagShip “makes shipping simple” in every customer interaction from advertising to enewsletters, social media, transactional emails and more.
